FAQ

How do I place an order?
Please direct all of your enquiries to: hello@ibbini.com or if you’re interested in a specific piece you’ve seen in the ‘works’ section on the website, kindly click on the enquiry button next to the piece.

Can you work to Commission?
The majority of our pieces are unique and made on a commission basis.
All of the works are handmade to order and can be customised in terms of scale and, to some extent, in materials and colours.

What Are Your Lead Times?
Lead times vary depending on the type of order and our current schedule but generally range between 4–8 weeks for smaller pieces, and 12-18 weeks for larger pieces. Lead time begins with receipt of payments.

Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship worldwide and are happy to arrange shipment on your behalf with our preferred carriers. Should you prefer to arrange your own shipment, we are happy to have the work available for pick-up from our studio in Abu Dhabi.  All works must be paid in full prior to shipping.

 Do You Provide Samples?
We usually create custom samples for larger scale bespoke projects.

What payment forms do you accept?
Payment can be made in a number of forms, including bank transfer, PayPal and credit card.

Do You Accept Returns?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds, exchanges or credits. All payments are final.

How Should I Take Care Of My Piece?
Our works are made with the highest quality archival materials, glues and framing methods however they are inherently delicate and care needs to be taken over where they are displayed or stored.

Avoid leaving the work in for any periods in areas of high heat or humidity. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight for extended periods.

For sculptural works in paper, where possible, display the work in a case to protect it from dust.

For sculptural or mirror works in wood, dust very lightly and do not use water or cleaning products on the wood itself.
